Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Original tags and packaging must be included

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Final sale items

  • Underwear or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@linenspirit.com with your order number

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions

  3. Ship the item back to the provided address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the items.

5. Exchanges

You may request an exchange for a different size or color if available.
Exchanges are processed as standard returns + new orders.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received an incorrect or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it at no cost to you.
